With a database over 700 sporting directors and coaches in Europe, we guarantee professional trials with clubs in Germany and Spain. We have successfully placed many players globally over the past two decades.
OUR STORY
Like many successful ventures, Global Pro Camps was created from a need to address a personal challenge. Our founder, Sasikumar, experienced firsthand the daunting task of enrolling his sons in a European football academy.
As a former professional footballer with over 20 years in the industry, Sasikumar understood the complexities of navigating European football. This process, challenging even for someone with his background, seemed nearly insurmountable for parents and families without similar experience or connections.
Recognizing this gap, he was inspired to establish a solution that would simplify the journey for others facing the same hurdles.
Our journey began in Germany, where we acquired an academy in the city of Plauen, West Germany. The academy's mission was to prepare players over the age of 18 for trials and to secure semi-professional or professional contracts in Germany's lower leagues as an initial step.
Since April 2023, we have facilitated trials for aspiring footballers from across the globe. This effort has successfully led many players to sign contracts and embark on their professional careers in Germany.
Our academy not only provides these opportunities but also supports and guides players through the complex process of transitioning into professional sports, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the challenges of competitive football.
We also recognized that being based in Plauen presented several challenges in securing player trials; we needed a location with more clubs to collaborate with.
That's exactly what we did in April 2024: we relocated our base to Munich.
With over 100 clubs in various divisions, we now have the opportunity to arrange more trials and assist even more players.
We expanded our reach by establishing Spanish programs for players under the age of 18. Our inaugural group of players arrived in November 2022 and underwent trials with several Spanish youth teams. The goal was for them to relocate to Spain and compete in the youth leagues.
In April 2024, Issac Hall, a 14-year-old from New Zealand residing in Singapore, became our first player to join a premier youth team in Madrid. He was integrated into the first team, which competes in the league alongside renowned clubs like Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid.
